Do you know an employee at OMC who consistently delivers an exceptional patient experience? If a person or story just popped in your head, we want to hear about it!
Nominate someone you’ve seen encompass the traits of a patient experience champion, whether they work directly with patients or not, and give them the chance to be celebrated through your nomination.
Traits of a Patient Experience Champion might include:
- Pursuing opportunities to improve the patient/family experience
- Communicating with courtesy and compassion, and treating others with dignity and respect
- Showing innovation in how they bring empathy and compassion to their work, regardless of role
- Empowering patients to learn or cope effectively with his or her environment
- Contributing to new programs, improving processes or going above and beyond to serve the needs of our patients and their families
