Expert Care for Our Younger Patients

Pediatricians focus on caring for young people, from birth to age 18, so they’re authorities on the unique healthcare needs of our community’s children and adolescents.

In addition to understanding the medical issues experienced in youth — from asthma and skin conditions to earaches, urinary tract infections and other acute illnesses and injuries — pediatricians screen patients for hearing, learning and social challenges, teach healthy lifestyle choices and give immunizations.

Olympic Medical Physicians offers pediatric primary care at our Children’s Clinics in Port Angeles and Sequim. For more information, please review our Frequently Asked Questions or call (360) 565-0999.

Behavioral Health Services

Millions of American struggle with mental health issues each year. Help is available right here at Olympic Medical Center.

Behavioral Health services are available to patients of Olympic Medical Physicians Pediatrics through a collaborative care model that involves both a pediatric provider and a licensed mental health professional. If you or your child is interested in behavioral health services at OMP, ask your pediatric provider.

Collaborative Care was developed at the University of Washington and focuses on improved patient outcomes. Collaborative Care allows patients to seek behavioral health services in a more comfortable environment, reduces the need for duplicative appointments and increases patient engagement.

Mia Piper, LICSW-A, sees OMP Pediatrics patients for behavioral health appointments, in partnership with each patient’s pediatric provider.

Treatment can include therapy and medication, as appropriate and when prescribed by a pediatric provider.
