Frequently Asked Questions
Can I schedule a virtual visit myself?
No, but you can request a virtual visit over the phone. You can reach the office of your primary care provider by calling (360) 565-0999. A member of our Clinical Support Staff will consult with your provider to determine if your visit is appropriate for a virtual visit.
I already have an in-person appointment scheduled with my primary care provider. Can it be changed to a virtual visit?
Yes, as long as your provider determines your appointment can be changed to a virtual visit without compromising the effectiveness of your visit. Your appointment can be changed to a virtual visit without cancelling and rescheduling.
What can I expect from my virtual visit?
At the time of your virtual visit, OMC clinic staff will call you to ask routine questions that are normally reviewed during an in-person visit. When these questions have been answered, you should complete the phone call and log into MyChart on the device that you plan to use for your virtual visit.
Clinic staff will notify the provider that you are joining the virtual visit. For details on how to access your virtual visit, see the instructions listed to the left. Once the virtual visit begins, you will need to turn on your camera and microphone. If you have any technical problems during your virtual visit, please call the clinic at (360) 565-0999.
