Virtual Board Meeting

Olympic Medical Center’s Board of Commissioners hold two public meetings per month – on the first Wednesday of the month at 12:30 p.m. and on the third Wednesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. Due to the rise in COVID-19 cases in Clallam County, in-person attendance at the Board Meetings is limited. If you would like to attend the next scheduled meeting – Wednesday, June 1 at 12:30 pm – you may join remotely via Webex.

Participants will join the meeting in “listen-only” mode.

During public comment periods, when available, please enter your name into the chat box on your screen if you’d like to participate in public comment. If you are calling in via phone, please press *3 to virtually raise your hand. You will be prompted further when it is your turn to comment.

Public Comment

Public comment is schedule for each business meeting on the third Wednesday of the month (6:00 pm). If you would like to submit a comment, you can do so via any of the following options:

  • During a meeting, enter your name in the chat section on Webex, located in the lower right of the screen.
  • If you are joining via phone, press *3 to raise your virtual hand to make a comment.

How to Join a Webex Event

From a desktop or laptop:

  1. Click the link above.
  2. If this is your first time joining a Webex event, you will be prompted to either download the Cisco Webex Meetings app or select “Join from your browser.”
  3. Enter your name and email address.
    • Enter the Event Number: 2497 166 9399
    • Enter the Event Password: 12345

From a mobile device:

Note: Before you join a Webex event from your mobile device, you must install the Webex Meetings app.

  1. Download the Cisco Webex Meetings app.
  2. Click the link above.

From a phone:

If you would like to join the meeting via phone, follow the instructions below.

  1. Call 1-408-418-9388 or 1-206-207-1700
  2. Enter the Access Code
    • 2497 166 9399
  3. If prompted, enter the Event Passcode
    • 12345
