On Patients
It’s satisfying to hear patients say they feel better, and have more energy and stamina for the activities they enjoy after simple, non-invasive interventions. And I love hearing about people’s dreams!
On Sleep Medicine
With a strong personal and family history of insomnia, I’m acutely aware of how much quality and quantity of sleep can affect your health and overall quality of life. And it can be challenging or impossible to do the things you want to do when dealing with daytime breathing problems.
Why is sleep medicine important?
Sleep is foundational to our wellbeing, affecting our cardiovascular system, moods, immune function, digestion, cognition, and general welbeing.
What can patients expect from an appointment?
I will do my best to give you the opportunity to present all of your concerns and answer all of your questions.
What drew you here?
I absolutely fell in love with the Olympic Peninsula in 2021 and have enjoyed exploring the forests, valleys and beaches at every available opportunity.
How do you enjoy spending your free time?
I love all kinds of outdoor activities, including camping, hiking, swimming, and hope I will also love kayaking.
I used to be a professional fine dining cook and pastry chef, including several years at Timberline Lodge on Mt Hood.
