On Patients
I believe in meeting and engaging patients where they are at. There is no “one size fits all” when it comes to mental/emotional/behavioral health treatment; each patient is an individual.

I enjoy working in this field and with primary care providers because by providing both physical and mental health services to patients in one setting; we remove potential barriers to care.
About Your Provider
I chose to provide mental/behavioral health services in primary care because I believe that the best care is provided when we treat the “whole” patient, not just focus on physical ailments.
Personal Information
I enjoy reading, quilting/sewing, gardening, preserving what I grow and spending time in nature.
Clinical Interests
My particular area of focus is Cognitive Behavioral Theory, the basis of which is the idea that our thoughts, feelings and behaviors are constantly interacting and influencing one another.
