On Patients
I get to witness people gain mastery in their life. It’s rewarding to see that process unfold and feel some satisfaction as a guide on that journey.
On Behavioral Health
Talking to a therapist requires courage, and all of our experiences require validation.
What’s most interesting about your area of focus?
I enjoy the collaborative aspect of behavioral health, while also being able to bring my personal style and creativity to the work.
What can patients expect from an appointment?
Patients can expect to tell me what is creating distress in their life and that we will spend our time together focused on improving those things.
What drew you to the Olympic Peninsula?
I was drawn to the Olympic Peninsula by the rural lifestyle, beautiful environment, and amazing weather. This community has opened up opportunities for my family that would not have been available anywhere else.
How do you spend your free time?
I enjoy growing, preserving, and preparing food for myself and others. I raise lamb, rabbits, egg-laying chickens, and garden produce.
