On Patients: In this era of medical care we at times emphasize tests and procedures rather than the feelings and symptoms of the patient. I have found a great deal of success in considering my patients’ symptoms and feelings, helping the patient work through the process and, in general, do much better.
On Cardiology: I focus on the long-term diagnosis of cardiac problems, but also the short-term treatment and prognosis. Once the diagnosis is made, the real work begins to treat the disease and symptoms. In this way I can work together with the patient’s regular physician to maximize the patient’s treatment and lifestyle.
About Me: I have been in practice for over 30 years, and have significant experience in dealing with patients and their problems with illness.
Personal Information: My wife and I originally moved to Port Angeles because of the beauty of the area and the mild climate, as well as the proximity of Seattle. We hope to eventually retire here.
