Physician Assistant Katherine Hubner joins cardiology team at Olympic Medical Physicians

Katherine Hubner, PA-C, joins Cardiology team at Olympic Medical Center.

Olympic Medical Center welcomes Katherine Hubner, certified physician assistant, to the Olympic Medical Physicians cardiology team. She will see patients at the OMP Specialty Clinic in Port Angeles and Sequim.

Hubner received her undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah before earning a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from University of New England in Portland, Maine.

Hubner aims to see her patients enjoy a better quality of life, guiding them on their heart health journey by seeing them make positive changes in their quality of life through life-saving heart procedures, proven medical therapies and healthy lifestyle changes.

“The heart has many complex functions which I find fascinating, and treatment for heart disease has come long way with new treatments always being developed,” said Hubner. “I enjoy explaining to patients how their heart functions and what evidence-based treatment options they have available to help them make an informed decision about their care.”

Hubner joins Dr. Kara Urnes, Dr. Ranjini Krishnan, Dr. Amir Kazerouninia, and Amy Kalisek, ARNP, as a team of cardiology providers offering heart care to patients on the Peninsula. Cardiology patients can be seen by the team in both Port Angeles and Sequim.
