18 Nov OMC’s Jessica Madison Earns Paralegal Certification
Paralegal Jessica Madison earned the certification after completing a 300-hour course while working full time.

Olympic Medical Center paralegal Jessica Madison became certified in the profession last month, completing a 300-hour course through Duke University’s online paralegal certificate program.
“We want to recognize Jessica’s hard work,” shared Candace Kathol, contracts manager. “She passed all her exams with flying colors, all while working full time.”
Jessica has been a part of the OMC legal team since 2016, arriving at the organization after completing her bachelor’s degree at University of Alaska at Anchorage. In her role, she manages the organization’s centralized contract database, as well as reviewing, analyzing, revising and finalizing contracts for the entire organization. Jessica also manages the annual contract evaluation process.
Jessica is part of OMC’s legal team, consisting of Chief Human Resources Officer and Legal Counsel Jennifer Burkhardt, Associate Legal Counsel Liz Schwantor and Contracts Manager and Senior Paralegal Candace Kathol.
