As Patient Access Services Manager, Lynne Jenny consistently shows her commitment to customer service with a sincere approach.
Patient Access Services Manager Lynne Jenny received Olympic Medical Center’s Leadership Award in June.
Lorraine Cannon, chief financial officer, presented the award, recognizing Jenny for her commitment to customer service and sincere approach with her registration team.
“Lynne has a kind and compassionate approach to her responsibilities that is evident in her communication with others,” said Cannon. “This is seen in the ways she interacts with her team, co-workers, patients and their family members, and visitors.”
According to Cannon, Jenny is the epitome of what great customer service looks like. “Lynne has a unique ability to monitor what’s going on with her staff and patients and visitors, and to step in and offer her assistance when its needed.”
The Patient Access Services department – also known as registration – at the hospital was fundamentally impacted during the COVID-19 pandemic. During this time, Jenny “has been a strong leader and tireless advocate for her department and their responsibilities,” said Cannon.
