Nutrition Services at Olympic Medical Center

The function of the Nutrition Services Department is two-fold. The kitchen provides meals to hospitalized patients and serves food and beverages in the cafeteria to visitors and the public.

The clinical staff consists of dietitians and nutrition advocates who work closely with both kitchen and medical staff to provide the best possible nutrition and nutrition education to patients. This is called medical nutrition therapy.
