About Our Program

Medical oncology, including chemotherapy, and radiation oncology are both available for patients under the same roof at our Commission on Cancer-approved program facility. We provide:

  • Quality cancer care close to home
  • Comprehensive state-of-the-art services and equipment
  • A multispecialty team coordinating the best treatment options
  • Information about cancer clinical trials, education and support
  • Lifelong patient follow-up through a cancer data registry

The Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons has granted approval to the cancer program at Olympic Medical Center. Only one in four hospitals that treat cancer receives this special endorsement. Approval by the Commission on Cancer is given only to facilities that have voluntarily committed to provide the best in diagnostic services and cancer treatment, and to undergo an evaluation process and performance review every three years.
