Liane McGarvie, MHA, employed with Olympic Medical Center in Post Angeles, Washington, is the recipient of an educational grant from the ASHRM Foundation. This award recognizes Liane as an individual pursuing individual achievement of professional excellence in the health care risk management field.
The grant will be used towards registration fees for !he ASHRM Barton Certificate in Healthcare Risk Management Advanced Module course to be held June 1-3, 2009 in Austin, Texas.
ASHRM Foundation grant awardees must meet the application criteria in the areas of current employment in the finance, insurance or healthcare risk management field, and provide a financial need for funding and a letter of recommendation.
