How to Apply

Complete an Application
Online. You can click here to access our employment application (requires Adobe Reader – download the latest version here for free). Please complete and save the application. Submit the saved document electronically to jobs@olympicmedical.org.

Paper application. If you prefer to complete a paper application, you can pick one up from our office or call (360) 417-7709 to have one mailed to you. Completed applications can be scanned and emailed to jobs@olympicmedical.org, faxed to Human Resources at (360) 417-7307, dropped off or mailed to our office.

Application Process
It may take up to 10 days to process an application. 

  • Your application will be evaluated for the skills, education and work experience required for each position.
  • Your qualifications will be compared with those of all other candidates who have applied for that position.
  • If you are being considered for a position, you will be contacted to schedule an interview.

To Obtain an Update
To obtain an update about an open position, please view the Job Postings section of our website. If the job you have applied for is no longer listed, the position has been filled. Job listings are updated every Monday morning.

Background and Reference Checking
Applying for a position at OMC authorizes us to contact any of your schools, your current and former employers or your references for the purpose of verifying the information and/or obtaining an account of your education, work experience and skills.

We will also conduct a background check with the Washington State Patrol, other applicable law enforcement agencies and state agencies responsible for licensing healthcare personnel.

Applying for Another Position
If you want to be considered for another position, contact the Human Resources office. Applications are kept for a minimum of one year so you will not normally need to complete a new application when applying for additional jobs. Our opportunities change frequently, so check back often.
