Member of the interdisciplinary team that provides nursing care to the patient in the patient’s residence. Associate’s degree required. BSN preferred. Minimum of one year recent experience in home health, acute or long-term care. Current WA State RN license. BLS certification. Reliable automobile transportation to travel to patient’s residence.
