Director, Emergency Services

Provides leadership for Emergency Services Department staff. Has 24-hour responsibility and accountability for the management of patient care, performance improvement activities and personnel of the Emergency Services Department.  Works closely with staff to assure the delivery of safe and quality patient care.  Oversees Trauma Nurse Coordinator, Emergency Room Technician (Trauma Data) and collaborates with Trauma Director to maintain a Level III Trauma Program.



BSN (or progress towards a BSN) required. MSN or related degree preferred.



Registered nurse with a minimum of three years in emergency nursing care.  Previous management experience strongly preferred or at least two years of demonstrated progressive leadership responsibility.



·         Current Washington State RN license. 

·         BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required within 30 days of hire.
