The Surgical Services Supervisor is responsible for the management of patient care and personnel activities in conjunction with the Director of Surgical Services. He/she assists with assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care, 

which spans all population ages from pediatric to geriatric patients; participates in educational assessment/needs of staff and quality improvement projects; and performs annual staff performance evaluations.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred, Minimum of 3-5 years' recent unit experience. Previous management experience preferred. Current WA State RN license. Current BLS certification.
