Strategic Plan

As a public hospital district on the North Olympic Peninsula, Olympic Medical Center is responsible for proactively planning for the community's health care needs. Olympic Medical has a long history of collaboration with community members, medical providers, local government and others in developing its strategic plan, and in defining the path of quality health care for the communities it serves.
