Budget and Audit • To develop the District's annual budget recommendations for approval by the Board of Commissioners.

Executive Quality Council (EQC) • The EQC will provide executive leadership, identify and assign appropriate resources and establish performance goals for the quality program at OMC. The EQC will oversee the development of systems and processes aimed at meeting identified quality of care goals for the purpose of achieving patient care outcomes at the highest measurable level. In addition to setting and monitoring the quality goals for OMC, the EQC will instill a culture of excellence and accountability within our quality work. Replaces Quality Coordinating Council.
